My appointment was made by phone speaking with Nacho who was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the servicing of our vehicle. Once on site George took charge of getting our vehicle checked in. George was sure to follow all safety precautions, following all COVID-19 guidelines. He made me aware of the disinfecting process for the vehicle, which I opted for. I was assured the process would not harm the interior of the vehicle (which was correct). Nacho kept me informed during servicing and the vehicle was ready the same day it was serviced (there was the possibility it may not be ready until the next day). I was very pleased with how I was treated and for the call communication from Nacho. More

Don wanted to make sure a customer was helped...not all sales people would risk losing a sale but he put MY needs first. He's a true class-act. I am so glad I met Natasha Fulton; she made the car buying process so easy and stress free. I never felt pressured to make any decisions. She was always there to give me information but never tried to persuade or push me into anything. I DREAD car shopping but she made it painless. Finding someone as genuine and easy to work with as Natasha took the stress out of car buying at Audi San Diego. I can't thank her enough! Service Took car in for 40000 mile service, had to call late in afternoon to see if vehicle was done, finally received a text need to keep for next day. I did get a text the following day that work was completed. When I picked up the car the work wasn't explained to me, my service adviser was busy on the phone. Was taken out to the car by another advisor and given my key, he did pull it out to make it easier to get in and leave. Normally the car is washed when picked up, it wasn't and with the claims of sanitation in advertisements I was disappointed. More
