I would never return to the audi san diego location again. Horrible service when you made an appointment for a recall & specifically asked for a loaner but yet get “oh it could be a long wait” & then S again. Horrible service when you made an appointment for a recall & specifically asked for a loaner but yet get “oh it could be a long wait” & then Scott failed to tell me the price of having a maintenance check for the milage i was at. & they tried to charge me for something they did wrong with a previous recall. Recently completed the 75k mile service. The car interior was returned to me dirty than received by me - paper mats and others trash was left in the car. I was not informed when my car was ready - I noticed was returned to me dirty than received by me - paper mats and others trash was left in the car.
