The face of 5-Star Audi Excellence in Service = Ferduke Martinez. Ferduke was not only knowledgeable about the cars, he was also very pleasant, attentive, flexible, and genuine. He made sure that I got exa Martinez. Ferduke was not only knowledgeable about the cars, he was also very pleasant, attentive, flexible, and genuine. He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted: an A4 Allroad in crisp CPO condition. Ferduke is the type of brand specialist that will go above and beyond to make his customers happy. My boyfriend and I walked into Audi SD on a very busy Saturday during July4th weekend, and Ferduke managed to help us get into 2 cars to test drive. Although the cars did not work out that day, Ferduke kindly advised us to take time to expand our research and come back when we are ready. Little did we expect, Ferduke was working diligently in the background and kept his eyes peeled for the perfect fit: A rare 2018 a4 Allroad. Within the span of three weeks, on 7/22/2020, we were able to lock in a deal. We truly appreciate the constant contact and service Ferduke provided during this process. His live updates on the allroads that hit the lot and persistence in making sure we got the right information at all times was of true admirable effort. Ferduke’s motivation, dedication and commitment to helping us get the right car, with the specific options we wanted, is sincerely unmatched. 110% satisfied. The driver who returned the card to me apparently thought the car was his and had adjusted the HVAC and radio to his preferences. They tried to return the car to my home even though they picked it up at my office causing me to be late for a meeting. More
