fair service from dealership Worst service from Audi Financi I leased for 6 years and on my last Car my lease terms were ridiculous I almost paid 2./3rd of value of car in 3 years. Poor Customer Service was surprised at the lack of quality help when I was looking for a vehicle. My salesman was very nice and accommodating but the sales manager was cert was surprised at the lack of quality help when I was looking for a vehicle. My salesman was very nice and accommodating but the sales manager was certainly not. He refused to allow me to test drive the car I was interested in and played games with me for over an hour until finally admitting he wouldn't allow me to test drive it. I had to go to Audi of Escondido to test drive a car with a similar engine. The next evening, I returned to Audi of San Diego and told a different sales manager that I would purchase the vehicle. He ended up telling my wife that she could go home because we just had some paperwork to finish before I would drive home with my new car. Sadly, he was wrong and I had to Uber back home that night. In addition, he quoted me the wrong interest rate for the car loan. The next day, I took delivery of my new Audi after it had been prepped and the car was in horrible shape - scratches and many marks to the clear coat were evident. It was as if no real work had been done at the dealership after they took delivery of the car and removed the factory wrap. When I explained this to the sales manager he just literally walked away from me without saying anything. Thank goodness for my salesman as he was the only one to apologize and promise to make things right (however, this would have to be done later which would require the car to be taken in for a day). And lastly, I received a customer satisfaction survey via email in which I stated my unhappiness and no one has bothered to follow up about any of my complaints. Addendum: I posted my review over a week ago and received a response from San Diego Audi that stated that the general manager wanted to work to fix my issues. However, after leaving a message with him he has not returned a response whatsoever. My conclusion is that San Diego Audi is all about their rating image but couldn't care less about actual customer satisfaction. More

They are refusing to release my "refundable deposit" My wife and I wanted to buy a specific Q7. Greg the sales rep told me that there were none available in San Diego. He then claimed that he found out My wife and I wanted to buy a specific Q7. Greg the sales rep told me that there were none available in San Diego. He then claimed that he found out that the exact Q7 we wanted was on the ship in the dock and convinced me to put a $2,000 fully refundable deposit to hold it because it was in such high demand. He claimed that it was on the dock and would be at his store within 3 days. Then 3 days came and he told me it was still coming, but it would be another two days. Then that time passed and he said it would be there in 3 more days. I found another dealer who had a Q7 in stock that we wanted and I was told that a "Greg from Audi San Diego" had called that store asking the dealer to transfer the Q7 to Audi San Diego and suggested that Greg never had the vehicle but was trying to get a "dealer trade" so that he could secure the sale. After I purchased the Q7 from another store, Greg stopped responding to calls and texts. I spoke with the General Manager who also seemed frustrated that I purchased the Q7 from another store but said my money would be returned. It's now been more than 3 weeks and Audi San Diego has not refunded my money. More

As a female buyer and my husband gone I was intimidated by the whole process so I called and asked to speak to someone that could help me with some financial questions. I was greeted by a friendly young lady named Jamie G. who immediately put me at ease. She was very helpful, took her time answering my questions, she was very knowledgeable, kind and such a joy to speak with. She explained everything to me about the whole process, and provided me with the confidence I needed got me into the car of my dreams for a price that I was comfortable with. I have yet to find the Audi fit for me but I know when I do it will be at Audi of San Diego, due to the amazing customer service experience displayed in the conversation with Jamie G. I would recommend that anyone on the market for a new Audi and have any questions about financing. . . Ask to speak to Jamie G. She is such an asset to Audi of San Diego. More
