Service with a smile Went in for a check engine light. Was greeted as I entered and only waited about a minute for the service adviser. Buying a Q7 I had a specific request for exterior/interior color combination that was very unique. Christian went above and beyond to find me the car and secured I had a specific request for exterior/interior color combination that was very unique. Christian went above and beyond to find me the car and secured it from the port before any other dealers acquired it and delivered it in time. My family and I moved to SD few days before the car was available. I drove to the dealer in a rental car and Christian not only made sure I had a loaner until my car was available, but he took the rental car and delivered it himself to the airport to save me the trip! His service was exceptional. Furthermore, I returned to the dealer to get a protection coating on the paint, Christian made sure things were done in smooth and timely fashion - he did not need to do that since I had already bought the car, but he sustained his excellent service. I highly recommend Christian for any body considering to buy a car from Audi San Diego. More
