I really appreciate that IJ checks in on me quite often. About 8 months ago I read about the RS3 that was due for the US sometime in 2018 and asked IJ to let me know when it arrived. Sure enough I received an email from IJ that the RS had arrived. Fantastic service! I can't wait to see the RS3. More

Service with a smile Went in for a check engine light. Was greeted as I entered and only waited about a minute for the service adviser. I did have an appointment and requested a loaner car. All the loaner cars were already checked out. I was offered a free Uber lift and the whole process took no more then 10min. Will use this dealership again!!! More
