He was never pushy or aggressive as some car sales people can be. I had searched for 2 years looking at the Q5 and Q7 TDIs. When I found this car I sent in a query and I.J. got back to me and 30 days later I am a new Audi owner. I think I.J. knew that the car sells itself and all he had to do was be there with answers to my questions. I also was very impressed with Heike's walking me through the mountain of paperwork in the finance department. She was very helpful in helping me find the best long term options. It worked out very well and I couldn't be happier with her assistance. While I am still recovering from carpel tunnel signature syndrome to which Audi had no solution, actually the syndrome vanished when my hands gripped the steering wheel and drove off the lot!
