The work was done well but we sat or 2 hours until I asked why it was taking so long . They forgot to note that we were waiting . My biggest problem was the lack of communication. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:20 and it wasn’t ready for pickup until nearly 4pm. Around 1 I had to reach out for an update being I was told it should dropped my vehicle off at 8:20 and it wasn’t ready for pickup until nearly 4pm. Around 1 I had to reach out for an update being I was told it should be fairly quick since it was just a 10k mile tuneup. But then I was told they were backed up from the day prior, it understandable, but have the professionalism to communicate that. Leading up to my appointment I was told the loaner vehicles were all booked and when I arrived that day they said I could take a loaner if i would like, but I had already arranged a ride who was waiting for me. Again, if I would’ve had some communication from the service department I would have gladly taken the loaner instead of inconveniencing someone for a ride. More

(Purchased 5/27 NOBODY has reached out to me for repairs) -placed complaint to Audi international (was told the case would be closed nothing can be done) I purchased A 2017 certified pre owned vehicle and I have Been in a loaner car more time than I have Been in my own and all I get Is apologies More
