Disorganized - Making my tire replacement take 2 days I have an Audi Q5 that is only 1 1/2 years old. I was getting low pressure signals for my tires. I brought it into the dealership several weeks ago, I have an Audi Q5 that is only 1 1/2 years old. I was getting low pressure signals for my tires. I brought it into the dealership several weeks ago, and they said just to monitor the tire. Several weeks later my front passenger tire blew out while I was driving 70 mph. I set up an appointment for a replacement tire and brought in my car at the scheduled date and time. The service center had NO replacement tires and had to order one. They also had NO loaner cars. I had to sit at the dealership for 3 hours to wait for a loaner car. When I asked the manager of the service why they would schedule a specific appointment and not have the replacement available, he said “too many people don’t show up for appointments so we don’t guarantee the part is available.” So my follow up question was if you knew you wouldn’t have the part available, why didn’t you make sure you had a loaner. His response to that was a very condescending “you can take my car if you want.” Not only did I waste 3 hours at the dealership, I had to drive back the next day to pick up my car. It was ridiculous. Avoid This Dealership! Avoid this dealership at all costs. Every time I went to this dealership, they would tell me that loaner cars are subject to availability! Are you ki Avoid this dealership at all costs. Every time I went to this dealership, they would tell me that loaner cars are subject to availability! Are you kidding me? Just this last time, they made me wait over an hour becuase they had no cars. I became furstrated and immediately left the dealership. We have lives people, we can’t wait all day for you people to provide a loaner so people can get on with their lives! I’ve dropped like $2,000 at this dealership on repairs on a 2016 A6 and this is the best they can do! No excuses. Don’t let the free snacks and free coffee fool you, their customer service is a joke and over hyped. I’ll be calling Audi North America and complaining about my poor experience at this establishment! More
