9-10-18 Service visit Came in yesterday to have my brakes checked for my A-3. Overall service was good. Fantastic Car Buying experience I had been contemplating buying a Q5 for the better part of a year with a few visits into the dealership to test drive it. Every time I was met at the door by Fadi and was able to jump in a car shortly for a test drive. When it came time to pull the trigger, the process was efficient and smooth. This was my first time buying a new car and Fadi made it extremely easy between negotiating over the phone to having all the paperwork ready when we agreed on the price. There was no pressure tactics and everything went over effortlessly. 10/10; I would recommend Fadi and the whole team at Audi San Diego to everyone and everyone looking to get a new Audi. More

Not like the Normal excellent service I get I've been bringing my car in to this dealership since 2005, and this was the first time I did NOT get excellent service. After trying to get an appoi I've been bringing my car in to this dealership since 2005, and this was the first time I did NOT get excellent service. After trying to get an appointment and loaner on a Friday in the morning, as I need to be at work by 8am, I was asked to schedule for the following Tuesday, which I did, as loaner cars were not available on Friday. I was told that Audi had changed something about loaner cars. Then I get a call on Monday night saying again they don't have any loaner cars (that they were all out), and could I reschedule for Friday. I pressed the girl as to why Friday would be any different in the amount of cars available than Tuesday. The young lady on the phone checked with someone and said they would have a car for me, so I changed time again. Then, when I check in on Friday, that person says all the cars are out but they were expecting some in soon, but the wait would be at least 45 minutes! All this after I'd been moved several times and told that a car would be available. After complaining that I'd already been re-scheduled several times and told that a car would be available, she found me a car. I must say this was not the top notch service that I've come to expect from this dealership. More
