The service was good , however I was surprised that my car was not even washed ... even at the Ford and Honda dealer I would get a complimentary car wash ... I wound expect that with a $400 plus service from Audi.. Also, I dropped my car off at 12pm and they told me a few hours only later to learn that they didn’t even start until the next morning . This caused some hardship for me as I didn’t request a loaner thinking it would only be a few hours not overnight . More

Great experience, We bought a used VW convertible a few weeks ago. I had a great experience overall at this dealership, but the only comments/issues were that 1) it took 3 hours which was surprisingly long, not sure if that is just the standard, as we were paying by check and 2) we found out the driver window has issues rolling up, after coming home. We wished it would have been serviced to not have the window issue, and we live in Los Angeles, so we will just have to fix it ourselves. The positive comments were that Brent was a really great rep, the car was cleaned impeccably, the paperwork was delivered in full. More

Shopping for a car alone can sometimes be intimidating. Anthony was wonderful to work with. He took the time to review inventory, encourage test driving and experiencing the car by myself (due to covid), Anthony was wonderful to work with.
