Horrible service, and repair had to be redone I encountered the worst service I've ever had from a car dealer. The first time, I got the car a day later than promised (and no loaner was offered), I encountered the worst service I've ever had from a car dealer. The first time, I got the car a day later than promised (and no loaner was offered), but when I was finally told the car was ready, it wasn't ready. (I had to call for status several times.) And it came back filthy, but I gave up. Eight days later, I had to have it repaired again since the coolant had completely drained. It took three days longer than they said it would take to get it fixed, calls were not returned for many hours, and getting the status of the repair was difficult, but at least they grudgingly gave me a loaner 25 hours after my car was hauled in for the re-repair. I finally got it back; so far, the repair seems to be holding. This is the first time I've gone to this dealer for repair, and it will be the last time. It's worth the drive to go to Hoehn Audi in Carlsbad. More

Buying my car took almost five hours I was buying my car out of it's lease, working with Fernando. I made an appointment a month in advance for the first available opening in the day so I I was buying my car out of it's lease, working with Fernando. I made an appointment a month in advance for the first available opening in the day so I would not have to compete with other cars going through service. Fernando told me it would take an hour and a half, but after over two hours, I was told it was going to be at least another half hour wait. I had planned my day and made appointments in the area because I do not live close to the dealership. At this point, I had already missed one of my appointments. I took an uber to my second appointment and came back to the dealership two hours later. Fernando said my car was ready and he would bring it around to the front. 15 minutes later, there's no sign of Fernando or my car! I finally called his cell phone and he informs me they were finishing up the car and had to take it to fill up the gas tank. When I expressed to Fernando that I was very disappointed with the poor customer service I received that day, he told me that they were "just trying to do something nice for me" by detailing and filling up the gas tank. However, it is standard Audi procedure (as well as a legal requirement in some states) for the dealership to detail the car and fill it with gas. So, they were not doing me any favors, just following standard procedures. I would think a professional organization like Audi would be able to provide a realistic timeframe for completing a standard procedure. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30 am and didn't leave until 2:10 pm after being told it would take an hour and a half! Unacceptable!! I do not plan to work with Fernando or this dealership again--the one in Carlsbad has MUCH better service. However, Joyce Jung in the finance department was fantastic. She was the only good part of a very frustrating day. More
