Good sales bad service station. When I bought my car form this dealership they have amazing customer service and work with you very well. The service station on the other hand is the true money grabber. I would strongly urge anyone against going here to service your car unless it is under warranty and completely free of charge. Other wise you could save thousands from going to an Audi certified repair store. Just reference they will try to charge you $1,706 for something as simple as a water pump. You can get this part for certified VW/Audi for $269 with 2 year warranty you shouldn’t be paying more than $700 for this serice. More

He was one of the main reasons I came back to lease another car at this dealership and this time I worked with both him and Mario, who was also very professional and helpful. The process was smooth and such great service from both. We worked with Joyce in finance and she was super helpful, so friendly and very personable so it was the best experience you could have at a dealership from start to finish.
