Investigating leaky roof in new Q7 Scott and the service team took a quirky request to investigate the leaky roof from the center counsel, took the center counsel apart to investigate r Scott and the service team took a quirky request to investigate the leaky roof from the center counsel, took the center counsel apart to investigate root cause, tested it to ensure it didn't happen again, and recreated the exact driving conditions to ensure it REALLY didn't happen again. Scott reached out multiple times to give me detailed updates, provided me a loaner, and let me come back to get childseats for the loaner over the weekend. Staff was professional, courteous, approachable, and friendly. To date, we haven't had a leaky roof and my wife is happy w/ her still "new" 2018 Q7. Thank you for your dedicated Service and attention to Customer experience & details. More

Best part of Audi is it's Customer Service after the Sale Over my lifetime I have owned or leased mostly Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. All have been good to great but the most important part for me is the service Over my lifetime I have owned or leased mostly Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. All have been good to great but the most important part for me is the service after the sale. Where the rubber meets the road is first and foremost the service rep- the friendliness, courtesy, follow up, and follow through. Then comes the dealership and how they handle unique or one -off situations that are not normal or routine and require regional support for a decision. Will the customer service rep & dealership go to bat for you. Audi San Diego and Jerald Camacho are the very best of the best! More

In addition, when I picked up the vehicle I waited 25 minutes for them to pull it up and the fuel gauge was on ZERO miles left as they used the remaining fuel on test drive and apparently thought it was fine to let me drive off and run out of fuel. Ron, Mark Monell provided me your contact information as I need your help in resolving major dissatisfaction with the 2018 SQ5 I purchased from your dealership and the subsequent service. My SQ5 is currently at your dealership for service and has been there for the past 9 days (no loaner was available, so I have been without a vehicle for this entire time). I brought it in for repair on a series of issues including poor/rough ride at higher speeds, sporadic RPM surges, clunky transmission shifting in city driving, malfunction of auto breaking and malfunction of windows (full report attached). This is the second time since purchasing the vehicle in Oct 2017 that I've brought it in to address some of these issues. I was presented with an estimate of $1800 earlier this week to replace all four tires. Apparently the rear passenger tire is in dire need of replacement and the others are below the min. I find this super puzzling since the car has 9880 miles and don't understand why a rear tire would be impacted by an alignment issue (your team rotated the tires in Oct and there was no mention of any tire issue and 2000 miles later all tires apparently need replacing). Paying additional monies to service a vehicle with less than 10K miles after paying thousands of dollars for the expanded service packages compounded with the series of vehicle issues and poor service is quite shocking. I had been a loyal BMW customer for 12 years buying a new vehicle every 3 years. After 12 years I thought I would give Audi a try as I had heard good things about the SQ5 and perhaps I was missing out on the Audi experience. As I've mentioned to Mark, this is one of the bigger mistakes I've made in recent years. Firstly, the vehicle has been into the service department 3 times to fix significant issues in just over the first year of ownership. I don't recall bringing my last BMW in for any type of fix in the 3 years I owned the vehicle. Secondly, when I purchased the vehicle at your dealership, I was assured that the premium experience I enjoyed with BMW would continue with Audi and that I would be provided a loaner car when the vehicle needed service. Well, in my three visits for service I was denied a loaner car as I was told none were available and I would either need to spend my day at the dealership or be given a ride home, which doesn't do me much good given we as a one vehicle household. Interaction with your dealership has been anything but a premium experience. Just last week when I called in to reach the service department, I was on hold for 7 minutes before anyone even answered the phone and when I did get someone live, I was transferred to the service rep's voicemail. I have no idea whether my experience with the vehicle and your service is an anomaly or just that your customers have lower standards than one would expect from a premium brand. Either way, I ask that you step in and make this situation right. I should note that Mark and George are good guys and appear to want to do the right thing, but don't appear to be set-up for success. Solid experience overall. I understand why this car was priced at a premium, however I do feel like I overpaid a few $k from what it is worth. But I guess the law of supply and demand applies here and at the end of the day it was worth it to get the manual. I appreciate Daniel talking through it with me and understand his position. Anthony was awesome all around. Joyce was great. Very helpful with helping me make good decisions on the add on warranties and such. More

Time for an additional Audi Dealership in San Diego? The service was ok, but to have to wait almost a week for an appointment to replace a blown tire is not acceptable. They are to backed up in service. The service was ok, but to have to wait almost a week for an appointment to replace a blown tire is not acceptable. They are to backed up in service. More
