I purchased a used Audi A3 from Audi San Diego a few days ago and had a great experience with Ferduke Martinez. I was a little worried when I got a warning light the next day. Now, I realize that issues can happen at any time so I tried not to overreact and just brought it in for service. You always hear horror stories about people buying a used car and then having expensive repairs within a few days. It could not have been more the opposite at Audi San Diego. Nacho Mireles went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, the issue is getting fixed and covered under a warranty that you typically wouldn't get with a used car purchase. I couldn't be happier. They stand by their product here and at every step they treated me like a valued customer. Thank you Audi San Diego! More

I was in contact with Ferduke for a couple options, Used Q3 and 2020 Q3, he presented us both very aggressive offers for these vehicles. He also took the time to walk us around their inventory. I did not purchase from Audi San Diego unfortunately, but would certainly recommend all of my network to return and work with Ferduke! Mario was able to find a vehicle close to what I was looking for so that I could test drive it, and after that gave me regular updates on inventory. A short time later, he called to let me know he found the perfect car for me—and he had! The most difficult part of financing was actually dealing with my bank. The stories or experiences you may have heard or had in the past, sitting in the dealership for hours on end don’t at all resemble the quick and honest service at Audi San Diego.
