He was thorough in asking the questions that were needed to understand the concern with my car, what I needed to feel confident in the service and the deadline I needed to leave the service center. Horacio - was awesome! Not only was he able to get this issue with my car managed, he told me the specifics of the testing and findings needed to correct the problem. I very much appreciated his kind, thoughtful and efficient communication.
