I have been coming to this Audi dealership for YEARS! Each visit is always positive. I will not go to another Audi dealer. I did that ONCE only because Audi San Diego was closed. NEVER AGAIN! I use the same Service Advisor Damien every time, and every time Damien takes care of me and puts me at ease. Damien is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me. It's nice when you are able to bring your car in knowing everything upfront so there are no surprises, and, if there is an issue, it will be discussed with you prior to the work being done. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. I really do not see myself going any where else unless I end up with another auto maker. I doubt it. I'm on my 4th Audi. More

I had an appointment with a specific person which I came to find is meaningless. I was forced to wait in line behind people who had no appointment at all and also was told to just go to whomever was open w to find is meaningless. I was forced to wait in line behind people who had no appointment at all and also was told to just go to whomever was open when it was my turn. Next, I was getting a loaner and it took more than 10 minutes for someone to come to the loaner counter even though they were aware of the fact that there were at least 3 people waiting. Then, when I returned to get my car I was also waiting in line for a service person to take my money behind others who were dropping off their vehicles and picking them up....I was also texted as to what time I would be picking up my vehicle so that it would be ready and waiting for me....I gave them a time and was there at that time, and no surprise, my vehicle was not waiting for me. Why bother to ask???? My service person was ok(that is the only reason I rated it as a 2) but the rest of the overall experience was horrible. I have had much better service at lower end car dealers. I realize that Audi is not Porsche (which I have had in the past) but it should at least be on par with Lexus (which I have also had) and it wasn't even close. This was the most disorganized mess I have been involved in. More
