My Audi had an extremely flat tire and a few door dings. Audi Roadside Assistance towed my Audi to the dealership. I coordinated with the Service team and requested my favorite Service Technician, Jerald Ca Audi Roadside Assistance towed my Audi to the dealership. I coordinated with the Service team and requested my favorite Service Technician, Jerald Camacho, to handle my Audi. He was able to secure me with a courtesy vehicle while my Audi had to stay in the shop for a few days.
