Ron Mangseth operates this dealership with business model of profit ONLY. He will do anything to protect their GP on every sale, no matter the potential fall out or risk associated with shady and unethica of profit ONLY. He will do anything to protect their GP on every sale, no matter the potential fall out or risk associated with shady and unethical business practices. Unfortunately things trickle down and there are some good people here that get negative remarks and do things out of fear of losing their jobs, but the main cancer at this dealership is Ron. He will lie, try to convince you away from the facts, will not disclose information you are entitled to when purchasing a car, will not even provide the information for new owner to be able to utilize apps and features paid for and included in car. Similarly, he will refuse to provide ALL of the equipment necessary to utilize the paid for additional features of the car (NAV, ATT Sim, any of the peripherals to the cars installed systems). Ron even refused to provide the Audi detailed service history on this car, even when it was 90% serviced at this dealer. Used the privacy excuse when they can easily print copy excluding previous owners information on copy, but is the detail of what was done each visit, mileage, parts changed, fluids changed, services performed, etc. Car already had problems days after purchase. I circled back to request this service history and to address obviously "overlooked" worn parts needing repair. This report could have helped to diagnose the many issues still plaguing this car, and although promised before/after sale, and per Audi/VAG Corp, and in first section of warranty book, included literature with all cars, that this is something buyer should ask for, and dealer needs to provide... Ron does what he wants and refuses. Why...? Possible exposure to known issues with their used cars, maybe masking known major issues, previous problems that they are passing on to someone else? Not certain, but raises a lot of red flags especially when advertiser and sold car under the pretext and documented communication that the car had services already completed up through a certain listed Audi maintenande schedule, and this car was not, far from it and this was absolutely false advertising. They quickly eliminated any online presence or history of the car listing, I had printed and saved it before they did this but adds to the mystery of their actions and behaviors. They also ran my credit without my authorization. I told them not to specifically as I was in a move and did not want another credit check on my account and I was paying cash for the vehicle, which they knew they knew! I refused to fill out the form the sales person filled out the form extremely brief, with wrong information and I got a credit ding and it hurt my credit score as a result. I was made to sign the document after the fact, unknowingly, and at the time of signing, after closing time, very rushed, pressure, I was very surprised and frustrated. I was forced to sign a lot of things that I was uncomfortable with but of course nobody of management level was still there that could help remedy the situation and quite frankly I just wanted to get the done deal and I would deal with these things after the fact. I even made comments on a few documents notating these facts and unfortunately they were shredded and had to be re-printed and I had to re-sign and although Joyce was unhappy with me, it wasn't her fault she's being forced to do these things. I made comments on the documents about the credit check, the document about the background/history of the car as I had not been shown that till the very end and did not review and had not been provided the detailed Audi service history which was promised, as well as the add on Starlink. I was not made aware before signing, I did not want, did not need, was not going to pay for.. she shredded pages for me re-sign. Sd I would have to deal with management When they were back in, I signed to finalize. The lack of professionalism lost a lifelong Audi customer...SHAME ON YOU RON.. More

I am extremely frustrated with the service at Audi SD. I had my vehicle in for warranty work and was told the brakes and rotors needed replacement based on the service tech assessment. I found it strange I had my vehicle in for warranty work and was told the brakes and rotors needed replacement based on the service tech assessment. I found it strange since my vehicle had less than 30K miles and most of my miles are highway. I took it to a local mechanic and they stated the caliper was misaligned on my left brake only. when I initially took it back to Audi, the service rep questioned my inquiry when all I asked was for them to recheck the brakes. Turns out my mechanic was right and I almost paid over $3000.00 for brake replacement I did NOT need. I feel locked into taking my vehicle to Audi SD since there are no other options. As much as I like my Q7, I question if I will ever repurchase another Audi based on this and other services I've received. I never leave comments like this and am a very calm and appreciative customer. i hope someone calls to assure me of better service in the future. More
