I felt like at princess at Audi San Diego!!! I emailed my wonderful service representative Brett about a check engine light in the morning. He made accommodations to have me stop by on my way home from work. The issue turned out to be more complicated and my safety was of concern to him. Due to the circumstances, he helped me with weighing my decisions as he always has, with honesty and candor. I then worked with Don Bragg who was able to provide me with a new beautiful A4. The entire process and all staff [Fadi and Dan] made me feel welcomed as a valuable customer. I am still smiling! Thank you!! More

Best car buying experience EVER! I've always said that I'd rather get a colonoscopy than buy a new car - that's a much as I hated it. You guys totally changed my mind. He took out my boyfriend on a "real" test drive and then a few hours later, had the car ready and waiting for me to drive. Totally low pressure and explained the features thoroughly. Joyce Jung made the financial paperwork and decisions so easy! I used USAA car buying service which made the process a breeze. Great showroom and customer service. I love my new Audi. More
