I was able to visit and test drive the eTron and the Q8 quickly and efficiently due to the lease department's scheduling. Then when the right car was on its way to the dealership the lease department (Gino) notified me and I was able to test drive that car quickly and was able to set up a new lease quickly the next day. Thanks for a great experience. The Q8 is a tremendous car and I couldn't be happier. More

Despite calling well ahead and organising times, getting a quoted price for a regular oil change and being assured that this simple service could be c Despite calling well ahead and organising times, getting a quoted price for a regular oil change and being assured that this simple service could be completed in 2 hours. The experience was awkward and confusing. Especially when with children. My wife arrived at the allocated time, was initially greeted but then ignored until someone eventually came to assist her. Following an issue with confused booking information, and despite being assured that our car had been serviced at this Audi dealership before we purchased it, they could not find the Cars record from the VIN. I called this dealership prior to purchasing the vehicle to confirmed they had serviced it, to ensure continuity in maintenance. This was not the case, after discussing this at length they began to service the car almost 40 mins later than arranged. When the car was complete, 3 hours later and well past the time we needed to depart to meet the school pick up times, the final bill was over 3 times the quoted price. The only additional action applied was a bleed and refill of the brake lines. Any reasonable person would not be able to explain how changing brake fluid can cost twice the price of a basic oil change. The brakes were not even cleaned, as the vehicle still squeaks from the build up of brake dust. We were very hesitant of getting our Q7 serviced at the Audi Dealership as we knew we would pay more than from any other mechanic or service centre. Despite our concerns we had hoped that the Audi experience would offset the value for money. Sadly all our fears proved valid. This was an awkward, stressful and expensive oil change we will certainly never repeat. I honestly could never recommend both this dealership and the service Audi provides. Save yourself the cost and go to a local. More

Service center call line needs improvement. I scheduled an appointment for my Q3 for 45K mile maintenance. Later, I wanted to add an additional service inspection for a concern with engine jumpi I scheduled an appointment for my Q3 for 45K mile maintenance. Later, I wanted to add an additional service inspection for a concern with engine jumping. I called the service center on 3 separate occasions and left a message with the receptionist. I never got a call back prior to my appointment time. They were able to add this additional service when I arrived however which was a relief. When I arrived, I also asked them to adjust the rear window washer sprayer. My service advisor Joe was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and got me in and out in 2 hours. They did an ABS cleaning which fixed a squealing issue I was having. Unfortunately, there were unable to find any issue with the engine they could fix and also did not fix my rear washer. Instead, the mechanic team recommended I spend over $2K on new breaks and rotors despite them not being due for replacement in case that might be the engine jump i was feeling. I hope they fix the customer service at the service center because as of now, you can not get through to anyone when calling their main number if you have any issues or questions. More
