Mariano Gomes was absolutely fantastic!!! My husband and I arrived without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, and Mariano greeted us in the parking lot as we were getting out of our car. There was only a single model available with my desired specs on the West Coast, and he had it transported to San Diego the following day. It is far and away the best car I've ever owned, and I will absolutely go to Mariano for all of my future leases. If you are looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Mariano! More

I bought a 2018 CPO A4, because it went through the "300 point" inspection. I reported a rock chip on the windshield and left thumbweel not working. I was told that I would be scheduled for service for th point" inspection. I reported a rock chip on the windshield and left thumbweel not working. I was told that I would be scheduled for service for them. I also reported finding a USB drive with the previous owner's personal information (home address, email, phone number, etc.). I wanted the service scheduled, so I can return the USB drive. I contacted the sales rep and general manager for a week--no response. So I contacted the previous owner to arrange for me to return the USB drive. I did so on my own time. I reported these issues to Audi USA. Though I have been scheduled for service on the warranty items, I was still not contacted about the concerns I have with how the dealership ignored my diligence to help them improve protecting consumer privacy and making this right. More
Mariano was personable, didn’t pressure you to something you didn’t agree to (from down payment or monthly payment) and listened to your needs. Worst experience EVER. Robert Mendoza of Audi San Diego quoted my daughter $290 for an OIL CHANGE. When my daughter asked why, he said, "We charge by the hour." Other dealers in the area charge $99. It was her first time bringing her new car in for service. I have called and called and left messages and no one in the Service Dept. will speak to me. I finally called the Sales Dept. and spoke to Natasha Fulton. She said she thought it sounded like a lot for an oil change. She said she would try to intervene. She sent my concern over to Service Manager, Julie Andresen, but Julie has not responded to my email or my voicemail. When I called Natasha back, she said that it was the correct price for the oil change. $290 is the correct price??? This happened on Saturday, May 29, 2021. It is now June 1 and no one is getting back to me. I am not going to let this go. They ripped my daughter off. They know they did the wrong thing and that is why everyone is avoiding my calls. No one should pay $290 for an oil change. This is a prime example of price gouging and extremely bad customer service. More

Mariano was the best. He easy going. Answered all my questions very quickly. I was in the market for an S3 but could not get it so Mariano showed me the A4 with the S line and fully loaded.
