Alex was our initial contact via phone verifying the car was still there and was super inviting us to come in for a test drive. We were pre-qualified with our credit union and Dan and Rosalina both made the paperwork go so smooth and painless. I cant say enough how amazing and smooth the entire process was working with this AMAZING team! Horrible experience will never come back I came in for a service and my service guy Jerald was awesome I would highly recommend him to everyone. The car loaner department sucked. Told me my loaner car would be ready in an hour but 3 hours went by and it is not ready. When I called the call rep Anna was supper unprofessional and kept transferring me to his vm instead of actually helping me locating him. When I kept calling back she just kept transferring me instead of answering my phone call. When I went in to get my loaner car jerald apologized profusely and when I asked to speak to the loaner and call center manager I was informed they don’t have a manager. To have such a big company and not have management team is ridiculous to me. I would only come back if the service improve and for Jerald other than that I will never come back to this Audi center ever again. More

No loaner car I brought my 2013 Audi A4 in for it 75,000 mile service. At the time I made my appointment at least 10 days in advance I told them that I had to have I brought my 2013 Audi A4 in for it 75,000 mile service. At the time I made my appointment at least 10 days in advance I told them that I had to have a loaner car and they told me it would not be a problem. When I arrived the service advisor had no recollection or record that I had requested a loaner car and told me that none was available. I then had to wait until a loaner car came in which was disappointing since I made it crystal clear at the time I made the appointment. More

Poor communication I was told my car would be ready at 12. 5 star service Anthony was so nice and helpful. He helped me buy a Q5 which i’m in love with. He didn’t put on that pressure that most car salesmen do and i apprecia Anthony was so nice and helpful.
