Incredibly slow I called to make an appointment for my 45 mile service and they quoted me an hour and a half. Once I arrived, they told me they would need to keep the I called to make an appointment for my 45 mile service and they quoted me an hour and a half. Once I arrived, they told me they would need to keep the car overnight because service was behind. After waiting 3 hours for a loaner vehicle (because I was there with my baby and couldn’t take an Uber) I was ready to leave, but asked them to bring my car so I could get the car seat out. I waited another hour and then finally had to go wonder around to find my car myself because no one would bring it to me. They finally called to tell me I could pick up my car 3!! Days later. I will never return to this dealership, it was a terrible experience. More
