I would recommend Amaechi, There was another young gentleman, which I’m drawing a blank on his name, Amaechi Anyanwu is an incredible sales guy. I would recommend Amaechi, There was another young gentleman, which I’m drawing a blank on his name,(Amaechi would know) which helped get my daughters phone Bluetoothed into the car, this took a while due to some kind of error with connecting, but he continued to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I appreciate his help. However, I bought my 18 year old a CPO Audi for college. After having the car for 2 days as she was driving back to school she had issues with the tire pressure, adding air at the gas station didn’t fix the problem so she stopped at Carlsbad Audi, where although the service dept was closed a women helped her, apparently the spare tire was low. Also the battery died in her key fob, I expected more from a CPO car especially when My daughter lives hundreds of miles from home and a safe reliable car is crucial for her. More

It's all about the FRONT person! I've been bringing our cars for service for few years now and have dealt with different Service Specialists. The work done on our cars has always been I've been bringing our cars for service for few years now and have dealt with different Service Specialists. The work done on our cars has always been satisfactory (not necessary perfect but acceptable). What really has made a difference is the Specialist I've worked with and how they've dealt with the problem! Brett is main reason I've remains a customer and returned for repeat business. Frankly without naming couple of the employees talk to customers in a very condescending manners when a question is raised as if they are explaining the situation to a child or someone who's completely clueless about cars. Overall they try to sound very polite but respectfully don't sound genuine at all. Brett, is friendly, courteous & professional and I am certain I am not the only one who thinks that way. I delayed my last service work since he was out of office that week. More
