After the deal was signed, he took the time to familiarize me with my new car, setup my phone, my sound system and license plate holder, etc. As a military veteran I appreciated his attention to detail and genuine desire of taking care of me. I mentioned that the car was a surprise present for my wife and he went above beyond to find a ribbon in the back storage for me. Later that nigh he called to ask me how I was doing and how the surprise went that meant a lot to me. Amaechi is an extremely genuine and a truly classy person. You are lucky to have him on staff. I will be recommending Amaechi to all my friends and family. Joyce Jung also provided me with outstanding customer service. Even with an excellent financing option with my bank she was still able to find me a better finance option. Excellent Sales/Poor Finance My salesperson was excellent from start to finish; however, the finance person was unpleasant and rude. When sitting down to write over a $40K check, My salesperson was excellent from start to finish; however, the finance person was unpleasant and rude. When sitting down to write over a $40K check, I didn't like hearing how I better buy the extended warranty because if I dont I will be sorry when I face thousands of dollars in repairs in the future. Her scare tactics made me seriously question whether I should even buy the car. I also didn't appreciate being rushed through the paper signing because she had an event to attend. While she had gone over things the night before, she spent all of five minutes with me the night I signed and paid. More
