In my opinion, The service team is very friendly and efficient. They explain the service in detail and keep you up to-date while they have the car. In my opinion, they go by the maintenance book, recommending only what's needed to keep the car is great operating condition, and nothing more. The sales team, likewise, is very friendly, professional and passionate about the Audi product and automobiles in general. My sales rep, Anthony Picozzi, is a car guy, He is beyond professional and courteous in the way he treats you, and is super-knowledgable about the Audi products. I find myself dropping in on him on occasion just to talk cars! More

They had my car for 3 days just for annual service. My car was still filthy when I got it back. I have never had a good experience even the day we purchased the car it took 6 hours to even get it. By luck, I just happened to be driving by the Audi dealership. I had recently had my car serviced, with Damien as the service rep. I went up to his desk, and he took charge of the problem. He got me a loaner vehicle, and the car was fixed within two days. He was very professional, competent, and friendly. I did not have to do anything other than drive off in the loaner, and drive back with the loaner. It was a pleasure to have him as my service rep. More

Very poor service for the price Paid over $1500 for brake work on the front two only. It seemed overpriced but went with it anyway. Now brakes are squealing crazy even after over a Paid over $1500 for brake work on the front two only. It seemed overpriced but went with it anyway. Now brakes are squealing crazy even after over a month of use. Followed break-in procedure as well as wen through multiple phases of brake cleaning. But no luck. Very frustrating to see an over priced brake work which was done poorly. Other Audi dealers also agreed on the steep price I was charged with. Regarding the suspension noise I complained, it was very audible but Audi SD marked it as no repro. Took it to the another dealership and they confirmed the noise on the same day I dropped it off. They figured it out and it was a defect in the rear left shock. Got it replaced under warranty and noise is not heard any more. On the day of drop off (scheduled drop off), there's no line but bunch of people waiting in random locations. Advisers randomly pick a customer to their desk asking "who was here first". A person who came after me was handled prior to my turn. On the day of car pick up, again took forever to talk to an adviser. Once I paid for the brake work, I had to wait for 20 minutes for my car to arrive. The delay they said was due to the car wash even though I called 30 minutes prior to the pick up. Once my car arrived, the car was not completely dried, and when I turned on the ignition, the check engine light came on. Turns out the gas cap was open. Overall, very poor experience and would never recommend Audi SD. Multiple colleagues at Qualcomm seems to agree as well when I shared my experience. More
