Great people, but clearly challenges with customer service I greatly appreciate the knowledge and customer service of the advisors at this dealership. That being said, it seems that they are quite overwhelmed I greatly appreciate the knowledge and customer service of the advisors at this dealership. That being said, it seems that they are quite overwhelmed with the load of people and cars that need to be serviced. I've had a handful of situations where I haven't received a return call or follow up on a request. As well, there was an error during my last service which caused a very scary overheating of my coolant system. The folks took ownership for it, but I wasn't offered any compensation for or discounts on my other service. When I did make that awkward request, it was given but I had to follow up to ask about it a few times. I just wish the service advisors had the ability to make each customer feel appreciated and that they got a good value for their money. There aren't any individuals that I would call out as not being good at their roles or trying hard, I just feel there needs to be better process in place by management. More

Even first thing in the morning you can hardly pull into the driveway for all the cars there, there is no organized method of taking customers in order, I never even see the service person my appt was scheduled with, the phone just rings and rings and rings when you try to call the service dept (it took me 3 days to even schedule my appt by the time I finally reached a live person!) and it took me 40 minutes to pay for and receive my car after the work was completed. I will be looking for a new service center. More

Beware!!!! Beware when buying a "Certified" car from this dealership! I recently bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" SQ5 from this dealership only to have it in for Beware when buying a "Certified" car from this dealership! I recently bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" SQ5 from this dealership only to have it in for service twice and have to spend over $2,000 on brakes after around 1000 miles of driving it... I took a hard look at the paperwork and it appears that the Certified Audi Technician seems to have exaggerated (LIED!) on the paperwork... As an example, the portion on the breaks show the brake pads "all" at 7mm which is impossible as front and rear wear different. When I took it to a different Audi dealer, they measured them in front of me and in fact they were; Front 5mm and Rear 2mm!!! This is all in around 1000 miles. In fact, the new dealership did not want me to drive off with it for safety reasons. On top of this, it is the same situation with the rotors; Certification says 23mm and actually 20.5mm. I did call the selling dealer and was actually accused of taking it to the track and tearing it up??? Is there even a track in So Cal? I was appalled by the response and had to file a claim with Audi N America and that is getting me nowhere! It feels like they did not want the cost of new breaks to certify it so they lied... Makes me wonder what else I am going to find? This is my first Audi and I am rethinking the entire brand... More
