I have purchased cars and have been a customer of the service department (mainly for maintenance) at Audi San Diego for almost 20 years and I can’t remember a time when I have been disappointed. My regul service department (mainly for maintenance) at Audi San Diego for almost 20 years and I can’t remember a time when I have been disappointed. My regular service consultant is exceptionally knowledgeable and considerate and the sales personnel are also knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The only negative comment I have is that it’s location isn’t that easy to enter and exit. The bottom line, however, is that I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Manny was easily available via phone (texts and calls), and made sure that everything was situated before proceeding with the work. All the way from Manny to the woman who put me up in a loaner car (Sorry, I forgot your name!), the service was exceptional. I mean this with all respect, but I hope that I don't see you guys in the near future (for the fact being my car needs more work), but will not hesitate to come in if anything is needed. Once again the've proved themselves I had a transmission problem and I was running late to pick up my kids from school.
