I have purchased at least five of the higher and Audi models in the past 10 years or so. I will not be purchasing another Audi from this dealership Because of the Service Department: Accessibilit models in the past 10 years or so. I will not be purchasing another Audi from this dealership Because of the Service Department: Accessibility was horrible No phone calls were returned in a timely manner. Neither were the emails. At one time I had to drive directly to the dealership. For an answer. I even called the operator and asked her to have “anybody please talk to me” She put me on an eternal wait.
