Run, Don't Walk to Audi San Diego if You Need a Car! I can't say enough good things about Audi San Diego. My 2009 Audi A4 Convertible had just been totaled by insurance due to water damage. I loved it I can't say enough good things about Audi San Diego. My 2009 Audi A4 Convertible had just been totaled by insurance due to water damage. I loved it and knew I wanted another convertible. I always buy gently used low-mileage convertibles. I had almost been duped into buying a car with structural damage (they claimed the three little nicks on the front bumper were the "structural damage" noted on the CarFax report) one Friday night. On Saturday morning I began my search again and found a newly listed 2016 A3 Convertible and called the dealership. Anthony Picozzi picked up the phone and he was a DELIGHT from that moment to the very last text we exchanged post-sale. The car was a turned in lease and Anthony made sure it was in the best shape when I came to pick it up, dealt with all of my concerns, answered all my questions. The car looked beautiful when I arrived to pick it up. He gassed it up, took me on a test drive (I LOVED IT!) and then helped me drop off my rental car too! Joyce in Finance was also amazing -- as was Fadi who tee'd up for Joyce by checking all my info. They matched my credit union rate and Joyce made the process so easy and completely stress-free. My last experience with another dealership in Pasadena had been a nightmare so I was ever-so-slightly hesitant, although not really because everything about this purchase had been a 180 degree difference from that previous one. Literally, every person I came into contact with at Audi San Diego was a delight. Even the other sales people who were around when Anthony and I were getting all our ducks in a row, were friendly and lovely. Often if it's not one salesperson's sale, the others are either apathetic or unfriendly. Here, everyone was trying to add to my positive experience. The dealership is gorgeous and easy to access from the freeway (I came from Pasadena). And, they have water, great coffee and snacks for those of you who may arrive as I did in the early afternoon having not eaten anything or drunk much! LOL! I am telling everyone about Audi San Diego. I told Anthony he can't live Audi San Diego because I always want to buy from him! Talk about creating brand loyalty. I was already fairly loyal, but now I think my DNA has a tiny Audi strand! Run...don't walk... to Audi San Diego! More

He wasn't there, so the first guy to contact me, Manny, ended up as the advisor that day. Manny was arrogant and disrespectful. The oil change took a long time, but when it was over I was told it needed some front brake work. I agreed to the service, but after a very long time was told that they didn't have the parts, they didn't have a loaner, but I could come back another time. It then took over 20 minutes for them just to bring me my car. I will never bring the car back here for service. I got the brake work done, with Audi parts, for a fraction of what Manny was going to charge at a great place down the street. More
