About a month ago I started looking for a CPO or a new Audi SUV, from Q5 to Q7, even if I can find a SQ5. I had test driving them too during the search. As someone relatively young in the car-buying world who has faced multiple situations where I wasn’t treated with time and respect at other dealers in the past just because of my age and how I dressed — I truly appreciated the opposite from him and his team with overwhelming professionalism and kindness in making an Audi my next car. If you’re looking for a buying experience with no haggling, no predatory sales tactics, and no misery in the finance office, this is the place. Lucas and the entire sales team were attentive and professional from start to finish, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth — I wasn’t stuck signing papers for hours like at some other dealers and there was zero hiccups with processing anything.
