The technicians at Audi of Salt Lake City changed the oil and oil filter in our Audi Q5 on November 21 An oil leak was discovered while we were returning to our home in Wyoming on November 23. The car had t and oil filter in our Audi Q5 on November 21 An oil leak was discovered while we were returning to our home in Wyoming on November 23. The car had to be towed back to the Audi shop for repair. The technician that was on duty troubleshot the cause of the oil leak. The technician installed a new oil filter assembly and cleaned the undercarriage of the car due to the oil leak. We were able to resume our return trip to Wyoming later in the afternoon on November 23. I received a call from Horst Buchanan, the service manger at 9 am on Monday morning November 25. Horst extended his apologies for the incident and initiated the offer that Audi of Salt Lake City would reimburse us for the service charge on the oil and filter change. The service department at Audi of Salt Lake City showed their commitment to customer service by taking prompt action to resolve the incident. I would recommend using the automotive service at Audi of Salt Lake City due to their commitment to customer service and professional technicians. More

Really disappointed, brought the car in about 2 months ago for no start and was after one week that it would need a New lower Fuel Pump ( $1950.00 last week the same problem happened again, brought the ca ago for no start and was after one week that it would need a New lower Fuel Pump ( $1950.00 last week the same problem happened again, brought the car in and was informed that I would need a high pressure Fuel Pump ($1150.00) After one week the same happened again Car literally shut down in the middle of the road, called to talk to the Service Manager and was told that nobody was able to help me right now and was told that somebody would call me, well it’s been over an hour and nobody has called me. I am so frustrated that an Audio Dealership has such poor customer service and really just guessing what the problem is. My car has still the exactly the same issue after paying over $3000.00 More
