What swayed me to Rockville Audi was the customer service during the purchase and the cherry on top is the service department. Cars today nearly drive the same, there's really minimal differences when you're in the $80-$100,000 range, however Service and the way your car is maintenanced is what can be the deciding factor. Max was my service writer, and also had a great conversation with Chuck, the shop foreman. Both of them took the time to set my service appointment up and even though my car is modified extensively there were no problems with getting a basic oil change. Having a dealer be cognizant that customers will accesories their vehicle to their liking and not cause issues during service appointment is a relief. Just don't expect them to replace your turbos if you walk in there and say your car blew up and you don't know how. What you can expect is excellent service if you are honest and forthcoming. You reap what you sow. More

Another level of customer service Me and my wife were considering a couple of car models and went to check out some other brands before going to Rockville Audi to see the A3. Our experience with other dealers has not really been great - we feel that salespeople are too pushy and you feel that you are being "forced" to buy, which is a complete turnoff. Maria is different, period. She is definitely the person you want to work with if you want someone professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the car, and more importantly, truly invested in making sure that you feel comfortable throughout the process. She will work with you to find out what you need and what you don't, and will not try to push you to "buy now", or get more features and options than what you need/want. We found that refreshing, and after a couple of minutes we were certain that we would buy from her (if we liked the A3... which we loved). Besides offering fantastic customer service, I also need to say that she is second to nobody in terms patience - I am a little too attentive to details and can be a pain to work with, specially when I am buying a car: I will question every single thing including the "value" of each option that the car offers (I don't like to pay for features that I don't care about), I will inquire about every single fee that I am being charged, etc. Maria patiently made sure that all my questions were answered and everything was crystal clear before we committed to buying the car and were comfortable with the car and the price. Moreover, after we had already purchased the car and the dealerhip was already closed she stayed a little bit longer to make sure that we got the most out of some of the car features (Apple CarPlay, pairing the cellphone, etc.) right out of the door. We have never gotten that kind of service before, and that will keep us coming back. Most of our interaction at Rockville Audi was with Maria but the rest of the team (manager, finance, etc.) was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. The whole process was a breeze. If you go to Rockville Audi and work with Maria, you won't be disappointed. Did I mention she also helped us get a fantastic deal? More
