When I returned to the dealership with my spouse, Alex was patient with us as she reluctantly did Please see an earlier review about my first visit. When I returned to the dealership with my spouse, Alex was patient with us as she reluctantly did a test drive at my insistence. His level of knowledge about the car was almost overwhelming. I'm a professional researcher and this is the first time in 7 car purchases that the salesperson has known more about the car than I have. After the test drive, it was pretty obvious we wanted to buy it so Alex immediately got the paperwork started. He gave us snacks at the very moment we were starting to fade and kept us company while we were waiting for the finance manager. It was a Saturday morning and this dealership had a lot of sales underway, which is no doubt because of the friendly staff, no pressure environment, and large inventory. When I told them the interest rate my credit union was offering, they immediately said they could not come close to matching that and moved on without question to getting the sale done. Alex was busy when I went back to pick up the car but took time to make sure I felt confident enough to drive away. A few days after my purchase I discovered that my registration number on paper did not match my license plate. Upon my return to get that fixed, Alex was not available but several other people kindly helped me and got it taken care of quickly. Alex has checked in via email to make sure everything is OK, and I know I can get assistance from him and the dealership if at any point I have a problem with the car. In two weeks, I went from not even knowing there was an Audi dealership nearby to being thrilled with my new (to me) Audi. Kudos! More
