I bought a CPO Audi and after everything was signed and as I was putting my belongings in the car, the salesman told me that the 2nd key was missing and that they would look for it and get back to me on it. After 2 days I didn't receive an update so I called and asked about it. Since they couldn't find it, he told me that he would have to order it, which would take about 3-5 days and I would have to come to the dealership to have it linked to my car, which would take 30min-1hr. After 2 weeks, still no update, so I had to call again and apparently, the order never went through and he never followed up on it. I was irritated that I had to constantly call to get my 2nd key that I should've had when I got the car. I don't get why I am the one that has to call and find out the whereabouts of my key when they are the ones that lost it. On the phone the salesman was apologetic and mentioned that he would give me an Audi gear or something to make up for neglecting to check on the order. I made an appointment at 1pm, but an email came from the service department for an appointment at noon. I didn't get a call from the salesman pertaining to the change of the time. In addition, when I saw him while I was waiting to get my key linked, he apologized and that was it...I wasn't going to beg him for a free gift but why mention something when you aren't going to deliver it? So a month after my purchase I finally got my 2nd key and wasted 2.5 hours of my life and wasted gas and 60 miles to my used car. I hope their service center is better than their sales. Lesson learned: when purchasing a used car, make sure they have everything including the 2nd key before you sign anything and assume that salesman/woman will say empty words so if they actually follow through with their words, you will be pleasantly surprised instead of being irritated when they don't. The reason for 1 star is that they have the biggest inventory out of all the Audi's in MD/VA area. The people that work there seemed polite and friendly. More

Initially we talked to Lewis who was very polite and directed me to Keith Kinsey in sales. We were able to quickly and painlessly negotiate a deal with Keith. And once the deposit was taken care of, we drove to the dealership from out of state. Once we reached the dealership we were greeted and taken to our vehicle which had been prepped before our arrival and parked in an adjacent viewing area. Keith described all of the features to us in great detail and was very thorough and polite as well as knowledgeable. Rick in financing went over all the maintenance, warranty details, and protection packages with us. Rick also simplified the paperwork for us to streamline the whole purchasing experience.
