When I was ready to purchase, Joe was able to get me a great deal but totally understood that I was still comparison shopping. At the end of the day, the other dealership offered a very competitive offer but it came down to which sales person I liked working with better. Busy Day for Dealership, but Excellent Service from Alex! I did not have an appt. and walked into the insanely busy dealership on a Saturday. He educated me on the various vehicles and options and once I decided actually found the exact vehicle I wanted. He also worked with my company so that they had the info needed to process the things needed as this was a fleet vehicle.
