Impressive Professionalism I received an email response to my inquiry in less than 24 hours from Jessica Boac. Upon confirmation the car I wanted my 16 year old daughter to test I received an email response to my inquiry in less than 24 hours from Jessica Boac. Upon confirmation the car I wanted my 16 year old daughter to test drive was still available, I scheduled time to visit the dealership. Jessica promptly sent an appointment confirmation. Upon arriving at the dealership, my daughter, brother and I looked around at the cars in the showroom. After almost 10 minutes of no one asking if we needed help, although several sales people were standing around just shooting the breeze with each other, we were about to walk out and go to another dealership. As we turned to head for the door, Hamdael Omar, asked if we needed help and made an introduction. I'm glad he approached us because he was great to work with. I truly appreciated his professionalism and care to make sure my daughter understood the car's features and mechanics. He made sure we had the manual, extra key, and put both keys on separate key chains. He also showed her under the hood, and made sure we saw the CarFax. He also quickly asked his manager about a question I had concerning the inspection results. While we waited to finalize the financing, he was very accommodating which was appreciated. The only reason I would do business with Audi Rockville in the future is if Hamdael is my sales person. More

All were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No hard sell from any of them. I have not dealt with their service department yet (I live south of Annapolis so I may take it to another, closer dealer for service) but the buying experience was very good. I was pleased. If you are looking for an Audi, I would recommend you call them and at least talk to them about what they can do for you. More

Recent Yearly Maintenance Service I do want to state that this review is solely for the maintenance work that I had gotten recently for my Audi. I've had some issues with this dealersh I do want to state that this review is solely for the maintenance work that I had gotten recently for my Audi. I've had some issues with this dealership in the past so I want to be frank with this experience. I had to get my yearly maintenance service and upon getting to the dealership, specifically the service section, everyone was polite and professional including Joe who was the representative assisting me. It was even raining outside and a lady got an umbrella and assisted me out of the car. Talk about that service! My representative was named Joe and he gave me options on additional treatments my car could have on top of my normal maintenance service. I declined them as I just purchased this car at the end of last year. During this time I also let him know of a small scruff mark that is on my front bumper and was hoping to see if I could get an estimate on how much it would be to fix it. Sadly I was told as the bumper is plastic it would have to be replaced. This was saddening news as an estimated new bumper was $1,500 without any service fee. Out of all the warranties I have for my vehicle apparently they do not offer one that would cover for a bumper, even though I do recall my initial sales representative stating that with one of my warranties would cover any and all issues with my car. That's a super disappointment. Either way that was my experience. The process for the service was prompt and Joe called me back for when my car was ready to be picked up! More
