I’ve had Porsche, Benz, BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, in addition to my Etron GT. Without a doubt, the service team at Audi Rockville is the absolute worst. No one there seems to have a clue wh vehicles, in addition to my Etron GT. Without a doubt, the service team at Audi Rockville is the absolute worst. No one there seems to have a clue what they are doing. They promise things and don’t deliver. When I call to find out status, no one knows a thing. I’m left on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hang up and call back. And this goes all the way to the top including the device manager and the GM of the dealership. I’m taking my Audi all the way to Chantilly versus ever having it touched by anyone at Audi Rockville ever again. If I could give negative stars, I would. Only time anyone in service seemed like they cared was when they suggested I buy 3 new tires and not just the one I needed. More

i had a dubious experience with dealership and salesman Sebastion. i purchased my A-5 prestige cabriolet over the telephone bc im in Ala. i received a total of 3 different sales purchase agreements - not Sebastion. i purchased my A-5 prestige cabriolet over the telephone bc im in Ala. i received a total of 3 different sales purchase agreements - not bc i changed downpymnt or models it was confusing to me (im 75) Sebastion apologized at least 6-8 times for different things. i believe i was correcting him or pointing out mistakes ? anyhow my car supposedly had 12 miles on the speed odometer when i purchased it. when i rec'd it - last Fri night (9/13/24) the car had 84 miles !!!!! maybe there is a reason ? i dont know and i probably should call dealership ? I DON'T LIKE THIS but perhaps there is a legit reason ? how do i know someone didnt "hot rod" my car ?????? More
I was assisted as soon as I walked into the door. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and the salesperson Chris Kutrumbis wasted no time in bringing up the specs and information, pulling the car I came in with an idea of what I wanted and the salesperson Chris Kutrumbis wasted no time in bringing up the specs and information, pulling the car up, letting us test drive and appraising my trade-in vehicle. The finance manager then took his time finding a lender to help me out. It was a great experience and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there.
