I want to love this dealership as my buying experience was amazing! However my after purchase experience has not been the best. I purchased my car a month ago and I am still waiting for some things to hap was amazing! However my after purchase experience has not been the best. I purchased my car a month ago and I am still waiting for some things to happen. I have called multiple times and even texted my salesperson and I don’t get a response. I finally got in touch with my sales person who said that they would text me the information but yet again I have not received it. The issue is that my LoJack registration never arrived. Upon speaking with my salesman he stated that I may need to bring the car in to have it reinstalled if I don’t have the necessary sticker. He was supposed to send me a text with where the sticker is and what it looks like but that never came through. When I purchased the car they stated that I would not need any maintenance until 20k miles, however my Carfax report states that it needs to be done at 10k and my oil change is way past due. My salesman was supposed to check into that and text me about that as well but again nothing. I’m frustrated with the fact that I have been trying to obtain this information for an entire month and have not had any luck. I don’t live close to the dealership and it would be nice if they could just communicate effectively. More
