Joe Nowlin is phenomenal! !! He's also the manager who had to step in where the salesman (Kirk Saraydaroglu) failed terribly. The salesman told us there was no negotiation of !! The salesman told us there was no negotiation of the price he quoted so we asked for the manager who told us opposite. The salesman didn't know how to operate the vehicle I bought nor was he able to help me get connected to the car. I had to connect on my own and figure out the settings, etc., myself. Audi vehicles require a card with pin to setup. The card was attached to the key. The salesman told me to skip that part and I can do it later after he had me attempt to sign in 7 times ... that's an exact number, I'm not estimating. I had to instruct him on the process by 1st telling him to stop pressing buttons and read the prompts. Once that occurred, I told him the card we needed was on the key inside the building on his desk. When he got out of the car to go get it, I was able to properly begin setting up the connection to my vehicle. Before the sale, I didn't appreciate the fact that he patronized me. I asked a question about the car and his response was "(my name) look, a new car, shiny, it's a new car (my name)". That irritated me. Also, when I finally got home, there was NO charger in my car for the fully electric vehicle I purchased, smh. I texted the salesman with no resolve. The next morning, I called the salesman and he said the office was closed for Christmas Eve but I could come by on Tues for a charger. I told him to call a manager and have the manager call me back. The salesman (Kirk) called me back and said there was no resolution but I could have his personal charger until Tues. I then told Kirk, no. He kept trying to get me to agree so I had to say, "I appreciate the offer but I respectfully decline. I don't want to use someone's personal charger. I want the charger that comes with my car. I asked you for a manager, not for you to call me back. Can you have a manager call me?" There's more that occurred but it would take forever for me to share all. Bottom line, I bought one of the most expensive cars on the lot and got the worst salesman who wasn't knowledgeable, had bad manners, tried to rush through things that were important because he didn't have answers, and was NOT attentive of my needs as a customer. More

Great Experience dealing with Ken Chang. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently to me and was able to get the exact vehicle I Wanted. I drove two hours for a vehicle I was looking to buy for 3 years and the bad taste this dealer left me with prevented me from even be happy with my purchase. The used car manager Christian was super rude the entire time and super condescending. The finance manager Tae tried to sell me an overpriced warranty over and over and once I said no, immediately got cold and rude as can be. He even got petty and ran out of his office to get back his generic Geico pen from me that they have thousands of. It took them 30 days to pay off my trade and do my registration. They even messed up and gave me a new plate when I was supposed to transfer mine, so I was over charged for that. Again, I would never go back, and I urge customers to be cautious if you are forced to deal with them. Its these types of dealerships that give dealers bad reputation the public already think.
