In the market for a small sports sedan and had been considering the BMW 3 series, Infiniti G, and Lexus IS F. I casually walked into Rockville Audi - having had no significant experience with Audis be considering the BMW 3 series, Infiniti G, and Lexus IS F. I casually walked into Rockville Audi - having had no significant experience with Audis before - and had a very casual conversation with Dominique D'Anna. At first, I thought she was not interested in engaging me since she non-threateningly answered my brief questions politely and showed me the cars I was interested in. I just went in to "size them up" with my daughter to make sure the vehicles were "big" enough inside. A couple of pleasantries later, and the intention that I would research the cars later, I left with Dominique's card in hand. Fast forward two weeks and I went in for a test drive yesterday with my father. Again, Dominique was immediately engaging although very low-key, answered every question with expertise, conscientiously checked out the test drive vehicle (and noticed a flat tire), was very patient when we got stuck in traffic, and was very accommodating when I unexpectedly had to pick up my mother at a train station en route. Talk about comedy of errors! Regardless, the car itself blew me away. Dominique's suggestions about options and anecdotal feedback from other customers' (and her own family's) experiences were insightful and trustworthy. She immediately expressed a willingness to match Costco pricing (which is at another dealership). And she has responded to emails in almost real-time. I am probably only a few days/weeks away from placing my order, but I can tell you that I'm absolutely excited to buy from Dominique and Rockville Audi! More

He worked with us in a very friendly, low-pressure way, and was very attuned to determining exactly what car would fit our needs. We were also trading in a non-Audi car, and Chris worked with us to make sure we got the best possible trade-in price. Due to certain circumstances, we had a very small window of time to get our new car. Chris made sure that we were able to meet that time schedule - even though it meant going to great lengths to get exactly the vehicle that we wanted. He was a pleasure to work with and would want to work with him again! Chris made the delivery process easy! The car was sitting in the lot exactly when he promised it --- even though we needed to have it ready on a rush basis. He even offered to drop the car off at our house if it was a problem for us to come to the showroom! He spent a long-time with us when we received the car and went through every feature in the car. We got tired long before he did! He told us to call him or come back any time to continue to review the many features of our new Allroad. Overall, the entire process was easy and every step of the way, we felt that Chris was working to make sure we were comfortable with the car and the deal. He is great to work with! More

I personally hate the car buying process. I met Dominique and told her what I was willing to do to obtain the car. She HEARD me and did not continue to try to force other models, packages and colors down my and told her what I was willing to do to obtain the car. We were very honest with each other and accepted up front that we may not get to a deal but we both had the best intentions of doing so. Dominique did not make me feel pressured. She was/is very professional and most of all respectful. I still contact Dominique with questions and see her when I take my care in for service. I would highly recommend her to anyone but especially woman because she gets that we are women who know what we want and do not want to be talked into something else which was my experience with the other Audi dealer that I worked with before purchasing with Dominique. She expertly answered all of our questions, and we were able to test drive all of the vehicles (S4, A4, & Q5) in a short time frame which worked very well with our busy schedules. I returned that evening and brought my daughter in to meet Dominique and to test drive the A4 & Q5 again. Dominique was very sweet and engaging and answered all of my daughter's questions as well. By the end of December, I had decided to purchase an A6. I brought my husband in to meet Dominique and test drive the vehicle. My husband mentioned to her his desire to purchase the vehicle in Alexandria through Costco. Dominique offered us a very fair price and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. She had the A6 transferred from Alexandria, VA to Rockville, MD in a prompt manner. When the vehicle arrived, I scheduled a tutorial with her on the vehicle.
