Since I had not have an Audi 5 before (I own myself an Audi Q7) I needed to not only test drive the A5 but also get to know all the capabilities and many options available. Maria was extremely efficient and knowledgeable in teaching me all the alternative options. She led me to a great test driving experience and showed me all features with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Yet her best advice was related to color selection, and finding the right exterior and interior combo. The surprise factor was a double hedge sword in my decision making since I was unsure whether to go for a more classic exterior color (i.e, gray, black, or even dark blue) or with some of the lighter colors (i.e., white, snow white) that were also available. Maria was extremely diligent in showing me all the options available in the region and nationwide, which made me feel quite comfortable that I did not need to do any further digging with other dealerships to find the right car, Her advice on color selection was right on target, and we found a brand new car that would be available for me to pick it up in the afternoon, right on time for the birthday surprise. I purchased a pre-owned Audi Q5 from Rockville Audi. I was so pleased by my interactions with the dealership that I wanted to take a minute to let others know that this dealership is top-notch. In particular, Jesus Cespedes was instrumental in our choice to buy an Audi and to make the purchase from this dealership. My husband and I were in no rush to purchase a car. We looked around for months without finding just the right one. Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us during our decision making process. He never pressed or rushed us. After we purchased the car (so after he had his sale!) he must have spent hours explaining to us every detail of how the car operated. Jesus ensured that the car we purchased met our needs and that we were comfortable with our purchase. In addition, the pre-owned vehicle we purchased had a few small scratches on the hood that I wanted removed. The dealership offered to try to remove these scratches free of charge. Matt Reid, in the service department, was personable and attentive. He was a pleasure to deal with. We don’t live near the dealership but will make the trip to have this dealership service the car in the future.
