We did business with the Audi specialist Jordan Stickelman, he was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented, by the time we left the dealership, we felt like we had been Audi owners for years. Jordan made sure we were very familiar with all of the features of our vehicle. I really am not a big fan of dealerships because I do not like to be bombarded by sales persons, but working with Jordan Stickelman it felt just like the opposite. He was very great! We purchased an Audi Q5 and we are more than completely satisfied. One negative, and my fault for buying it, but after we negotiated the price, including an expenses extended service plan, I was sold a sealant package which I highly doubt is worth a fraction of what I paid for it. Would I recommend the dealership, David and Dustin? Yes, but don't fall for the sealant. I was tired and ready to get the car on the road and they sold it at the right time. More
