Jean-Marc, excpetional dealer - Audi Q5 Jean-Marc is the dealer to work with if you are planning on an Audi purchase from this dealership. He was a delight and probably one of the only reasons we now have an Audi: I have a general disdain for luxury car dealerships, the way they treat people, and Rockville Audi is no exception. I have an even greater disdain for most car salesmen, and for good reason. So when I say we enjoyed every minute of dealing with Jean-Marc, I hope it carries some weight with others who are concerned about similar issues. Our phone calls and visits to the dealership were originally fraught with problems and an absolute lack of interest in selling or leasing us a vehicle - likely based on misconceptions about how serious we were about the purchase......and I had long left to not return, until Jean-Marc contacted me by email to ask that we come back. He was a dealer I had not dealt with. Having had traumatizing experiences where we were mislead by yet another Audi dealership in Arlington, I gave him my bottom line pricing for an Audi Q5. For weeks he would write back with the pricing redone, and it was not where I wanted it to be, and I would politely refuse. He was very polite, and understanding of our poor experiences with Audi in general. He explained everything very well and with prompt replies. He was never pushy, or trying to drag us in. Instead he kept promising to work on trying to get to our pricing. He promised he would never mislead us, and he would work until he got us a deal. And he did. I was contacted one day with the pricing we had set as a limit. He came in late evening with little notice on his day off to do all the paperwork with us because it was the only time we could come in. He stayed there until 10.30 pm to go over every thing with us, one by one. He told us a little about himself and his life. Here is a well-educated young man who works very hard, and I hope he works his way up the company ladder, as he is a major asset to them. He has a great sense of humor and is very mellow and understanding of the buyer's circumstances. He is persistent and a great salesman, with wonderful rapport with his clients, all the while not being pushy or forcing you to buy any extras. Even if he disagrees with your statements or opinions on the car or the deal, he has a graceful manner in explaining his point of view. I cannot believe we actually enjoyed our interactions with a car dealer, something that has never happened before. Thank you Jean-Marc! More

When "my car" became available, he immediately contacted me with all of the features of the car, and benefits to me, which motivated me to come to see it ASAP. I loved the car and the price. The rest is a very quick history. Jean Marc and Rockville Audi, professionally and efficiently processed everything necessary, and I drove away with my new car that very night. Wonderful experience buying my new A3! I went to Rockville-Audi looking for a small car like the A4, and when I met Jean-Marc, he suggested the A3 which I had not even heard of. There was only one A3 in the dealership at the time, and he helped me understand why this car was so fantastic and why it satisfied my needs so perfectly. I was sold on it in about 5 minutes. He helped me locate the car with all my preferences - iit is really a dream car! Jean-Marc went over and beyond the norm in assisting me to get to and from the dealership ( I had given my previous car to my daughter). He made sure that I had the car as soon as the dealership received it, since he knew that I needed transportation. I highly recommend working with Jean-Marc - he will make the entire transaction easy and smooth. He is great to work with! More

Incompetent and Rude I had scheduled a 25K service appointment for my 2013 A3 with Rockville Audi. This would have been my first visit to this particular dealership but it I had scheduled a 25K service appointment for my 2013 A3 with Rockville Audi. This would have been my first visit to this particular dealership but it was closer to my current home. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Friday morning. I provided a list of everything that had to be done online and indicated that if the car needed to stay overnight I would need a rental car. When I arrived, the service agent helping had a hard time finding my information, took a long time to check in the car. He indicated that they would likely have to keep the car overnight but that they had run out of rental cars. I had to shuttle to Enterprise Rental several blocks further north (in the opposite direction from where I needed to go). I had been told that I would be given an update on the car and an estimate on costs between 10 am and 2 pm that same day. By 4 pm I still had not heard anything. When I called I only got voicemail initially, then finally reached Raymond who told me that they hadn't even looked at the car and were not planning to until Monday. I was about to ask a question about the rental car as well as expected time of completion as I had not planned on such a lengthy time without my car. Raymond just replied that he couldn't say anything until Monday and hung up! I called back again and again only reached the front desk who told me that no one was available in the service department (seconds after I had been disconnected) but that she would send an urgent email message asking someone to return my call. 5 pm, 6 pm the rest of the evening came and went without a return call. The next morning at 9 am I called again on my way to an appointment. Again I was told that no one was available in the service department. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he too was unavailable but that she would be happy to send an email requesting urgent call back. I then said that since this had not worked the day before, it would be best if I simply came back and picked up the car to service elsewhere. I returned the rental car at 3 pm to the dealership and picked up my car which had been sitting in the broiling sun all this time. On Monday I received a call from the rental car agency indicating that the car had only been returned that morning and wanting to charge me three days of rental insurance. We managed to correct that. On Tuesday I received a call again from Raymond in the Service Department, proceeding to tell me that the technician was still working on my car (?!). When I pointed out that I was actually sitting in my car and that it was not at the dealership, he said that he was simply going off the technician's notes! I have rarely seen such combination of incompetence and poor customer service and cannot under any circumstances recommend this Audi Service Dept. More

I could tell that he actually cared about me and what i had planned. Once again very polite man with great class and very respectful. I would definitely go back to this dealership if i need a new car and definitely see this man Jean Marc Perez Cohen. He does above and beyond his job he actually makes the customer feel at home.
