3/20/24 I brought my 2023 Audi Q5 for first service this week to Walter's Audi, Riverside, where I purchased the car. The appointment was on time and services provided by Mr. Rocha were excellent. He kept me informed about the progress of completion and returning the car back to me. I’m not a fan of submitting a review and always felt it was a waste of time and some reviews were false. But I must share my experience with Nick Howard at Walter’s Audi dealership service department whom was a waste of time and some reviews were false. But I must share my experience with Nick Howard at Walter’s Audi dealership service department whom I received the best treatment. He is the most trustworthy, friendly, and patient associate that provided services to my car at a dealership. I originally took my vehicle in for an oil change. During a complimentary inspection Nick found additional work needed. He provided a show and tell video showing and explaining the problem, which would have gone unnoticed without the inspection, and most likely more costly. This was the first time I experienced this. The video was very comforting and served as proof that the additional work needed was not bogus. Most vehicle engineers tell you about a problem but don’t show you. Nick took care of all the paperwork for my extended warranty, provided a complimentary vehicle, and had my vehicle cleaned and ready at the time promised, which was only one day. He also sent appointment reminders and several notifications updating me of the service progress. I will always look for Nick Howard whenever I have a need for service at Walter’s Audi dealership, Sincerely, Sherry More

I came in for a 30000 mile oil change and discovered I might have a potential problem after explaining to Stacy some of the symptoms I was having when making a right turn from a complete stop my tire felt like it shuddered. . I initially thought it was just me. Stacy listened and stated that we should look into it. Stacy and her team resolved my problem and her suggestion to do a treatment to rid the engine of excessive carbon deposits made a huge difference in my acceleration.
