Great way to lower the bar on customer service by not follow-up with customers. I called my service advisor about six times and not once did he returned my phone call. He was even notified by customer Se follow-up with customers. I called my service advisor about six times and not once did he returned my phone call. He was even notified by customer Service to call back. I needed explanation on a diagnosis and failed to provide the excellent service I was used to by previous service technicians Alex Wong and Alex Ortiz. They probably set the bar too high for Nicholas. I would have done all my work at this dealership but service rep did not earn his commission by failing to follow through. Over $3500 of fees. Perhaps I will reach out to Walters Audi in Ontario since I found out Alex Wong works there. More

James was my service advisor next door at VW when I had my VW Arteon. I ended up trading it in for my S5. I was so relieved when I walked in for my service to see James! I make sure I wait in line for him my VW Arteon. I ended up trading it in for my S5. I was so relieved when I walked in for my service to see James! Knowing he is handling my car, I know he will go above and beyond for me and will keep me updated every step of the way, which is so appreciated. My car always comes back running perfect and clean.
