Christopher Ostman, absolutely has customer service perfected!! He attended to every question and every need. I rolled in at 2 mintues to 6pm. Upon my arrival, without waiting, Mr. Luna immediately assisted me with checking the car in for the service. When the car was ready within the time as promised, he called and arranged for the transportation from my office to the dealership.
