1. Started off rude and acting like they were too busy to even talk/service me when I had an appointment. Should be happy they are busy and selling cars. 2. Knew I was travelling to see car and misrepresented ability to negotiate in person when asked prior to travelling to see car in person. In person they said no ability to negotiate, not even $1. 3. Added on $1,300 fee for theft deterrent device (think gps tracking to help if car is lost or stolen) and when I said I did not want to pay for or even want it said they would charge me just as much to remove it either way. This is added as it also saves them money. 4. Rim had clear scratch in it (not surface, actual groove/indent) that was not shown in videos requested or even acknowledged until I pointed out in person. After discussing not happy with incremental fee for theft deterrent or inability to negotiate went to "talk to manager" and came back with still charging me $700 for theft deterrent and not $1 off car. Also represented their invoice price was too high to discount car - if they bought car for what they said then they shouldn't be in the car business as this car was clearly over priced. They saw female travelling alone to buy car and tried to take advantage. Know you are being ripped off if you buy from this place. Unreal. More

The vehicle had not been serviced before the sale. The service warning message was still on. Had damage on the back bumper that was not disclosed before the sale or reported on the Carfax. The vehicle was not registered on the Audi website and the new ownership never set up. MyAudi App connection was not possible to set up. The price was above market. In other words, I should have not purchased the vehicle and I will never do business with them again. Very disappointed. This is my 4th Audi, Very bad customer service from Walters. Buyer beware. 3/20/24 I brought my 2023 Audi Q5 for first service this week to Walter's Audi, Riverside, where I purchased the car. Mr. James Rocha was helping me with taking the car for the service, processing and deliv week to Walter's Audi, Riverside, where I purchased the car. Mr. James Rocha was helping me with taking the car for the service, processing and delivering the car back to me after completion of the service. The appointment was on time and services provided by Mr. Rocha were excellent. He kept me informed about the progress of completion and returning the car back to me. The service was completed timely and charges were very reasonable. Mr. Rocha provided his assistance and service at very high professional, competent and courteous level. I’m not a fan of submitting a review and always felt it was a waste of time and some reviews were false. But I must share my experience with Nick Howard at Walter’s Audi dealership service department whom was a waste of time and some reviews were false. But I must share my experience with Nick Howard at Walter’s Audi dealership service department whom I received the best treatment. He is the most trustworthy, friendly, and patient associate that provided services to my car at a dealership. I originally took my vehicle in for an oil change. During a complimentary inspection Nick found additional work needed. He provided a show and tell video showing and explaining the problem, which would have gone unnoticed without the inspection, and most likely more costly. This was the first time I experienced this. The video was very comforting and served as proof that the additional work needed was not bogus. Most vehicle engineers tell you about a problem but don’t show you. Nick took care of all the paperwork for my extended warranty, provided a complimentary vehicle, and had my vehicle cleaned and ready at the time promised, which was only one day. He also sent appointment reminders and several notifications updating me of the service progress. I will always look for Nick Howard whenever I have a need for service at Walter’s Audi dealership, Sincerely, Sherry More
