Revising my review At the bottom of this review is my original post. However, that review was submitted one week after purchasing the vehicle. It has now been one month At the bottom of this review is my original post. However, that review was submitted one week after purchasing the vehicle. It has now been one month since my purchase and my buyer experience has changed dramatically. So yes, the deal I got for my 2015 Audi A3 was as advertised and both Andy and Chuck were friendly and professional. That part hasn't changed. What has motivated me to revise my review is how I have been treated since my initial visit. Issue #1 - The day I purchased my vehicle, Chuck was unable to find both keys so one would have to be ordered. I would also have to go to the dealership (ugh!) to have the key programmed. Okay, not thrilled about having to drive in to get the key programmed, but what can you do, right? I tell Chuck that I'd like an appointment as early as possible so I can stop by before work. Chuck obliges by making an appointment for me at 7 a.m. Great, I can get there right at 7 a.m., have my key programmed and be only a few minutes late to work. Well, this morning was my scheduled appointment and I'm at the Service Area at 6:57 a.m. Javier comes out to greet me and asks if I'll be waiting while the key is programmed. I told him I would be waiting and then he informs me that the Technicians don't start until 8 a.m.!!!! So why in the world would my sales rep make an appointment for me at 7 a.m. when the work can't even begin until 8 a.m?!?! I couldn't wait around until 8 a.m as I would be well over an hour late for work so I left....furious that I wasted an hour of my time. Issue #2 - I get a phone call from Andy two weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Andy informs me that there is a problem with the agreement and VW Financial Services won't honor the deal because my credit score was borderline Excellent/Good. Andy asks if I can come in to sign a new deal and that my monthly payment will increase slightly. Excuse me...what did you just say?! So did our handshakes and my 20 initials and three signatures not mean a single thing? Also, they ran my score before we signed documents so it wasn't like I was hiding anything. I told Andy that I would rather return the car if they were going to renege on the deal. It wasn't that my monthly payments would increase slightly, it was about the principle. Andy told me he would see what he could do and get back to me. Well, he never followed up with me (I had to call Chuck to find out the resolution) but I did learn that Walter's picked up the difference. Issue #3 - This one is minor, but is a perfect example of how Walter's over-promises and under-delivers. I purchased the Eck Bond Performance Appearance Protection for my car. This was added during the document signing process. At that time Andy had agreed to e-mail me more information about the Eck Bond (what it covers, how it works, what to do in case I need to file a claim, etc.). Well, I never receive the information. I let it slide since I can just get that information when I have the Eck Bond applied to my vehicle. So after it's applied, I ask Javier and he says he'd also e-mail me additional information. Well, I still didn't receive anything. So I call Chuck and ask for a third time to get more information about the Eck Bond program to me. It took me three tries to get the additional information. Overall, I am not impressed with Walter's as I expected more from an "award winning" dealership. I'm not saying don't take your business there, but don't expect much more than any other dealership. --Original Post-- I recently purchased an Audi A3 TDI from Walter's Audi and the entire process was as pain free as possible. We were helped by Chuck Cerda and Andy Bartoli who were both extremely professional and friendly. The deal was just as advertised and we could not be happier with our decision to go to Walter's! More
I could not have had a better experience I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the problem.....he fixed one of the problems at my house and then arranged Audi roadside to have the car flat bedded to the shop.....once at the shop I was kept continually informed by Stacy Samuel,service advisor,about the work being done on my vehicle...Walters is fortunate to have both Brian and Stacy on the team.....it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back to Walters for future assistance More

Brett was patient with my every request, got me info I didn't even think to ask for, and was really friendly and attentive throughout the whole process. He even offered to help me with turning in my old car, which was not an Audi. I will definitely give Brett a call when I am looking for a new car after this lease expires. Great experience overall! Keith Marshall On Sunday, February 15, driving from Redondo Beach to Hemet my Audi stalled on the freeway near Lake Elsinore. I had to have it towed to the nearest A On Sunday, February 15, driving from Redondo Beach to Hemet my Audi stalled on the freeway near Lake Elsinore. I had to have it towed to the nearest Audi Dealership which happened to be Walter's Audi. Keith Marshall was my service advisor. My husband and I were a bit worried about being at a dealership so far away from our home, but Keith made us feel very comfortable. There were no loaner cars available but Keith arranged a ride to the nearest car rental office and we were able to get a car there until a loaner became available at Walter's. Within 2 days Keith called to let me know that he had a car available. Keith called my home to make sure I made it home alright that night and continued to check in to give me updates regarding my vehicle. I picked up my car yesterday and it is now running beautifully. Walter's has such a friendly environment and is exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend Walter's Audi and especially Keith Marshall as a service advisor! Top notch. More
Excellent Service from Day one to Year EIGHT. I must admit. I don't have the luxury of having a brand new Audi, but my 2008 Model still brings a smile to my face and joy to my day.
